What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)
Lee Jay Berman began as a full-time mediator 28 years ago, and has successfully mediated over 2,700 matters, many of which were high profile cases. He is an American Arbitration Association Master Mediator for employment matters, a national panelist on their commercial and construction panels, and a select mediator on their International Center for Dispute Resolution mediation panel. He is a Distinguished Fellow with the International Academy of Mediators, a Charter Diplomat with the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN) and certified by the International Mediation Institute (one of the first 5 mediators in the U.S.). NADN named him their inaugural “Distinguished Neutral of the Year” in 2017. The Southern California Mediation Association has honored him with both their Cloke-Millen Peacemaker of the Year and L. Randolph Lowry Awards for his standout work in the field. California’s Daily Journal twice named him “Top Neutral”, and he has been voted by his colleagues into the Who’s Who of International Commercial Mediation from 2012-2022 and was recently named one of the 10 Global Thought Leaders in North America. ADR Times also recently named him to their inaugural “Who’s Who in ADR. And Chambers USA has ranked him as one of the top 40 commercial mediators in the U.S. from 2018-2022.
Also a popular trainer, Mr. Berman founded the American Institute of Mediation after seven years as Director of Pepperdine Law School's "Mediating the Litigated Case" program (ranked #1 nationally). He has trained mediators, judges, attorneys, and business leaders across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Europe, as well as in India, Dubai, Uzbekistan, Australia, and New Zealand.
Lee Jay has been interviewed on dozens of podcasts, published numerous articles on mediation and negotiation, and the American Bar Association will be publishing two of his books in 2022 and 2023.”

What are you hoping to get from ADRhub.com
Networking, concentration of great blogs, learning.
What else do you want to tell the ADRhub.com community (what you are up to, what you would like to do in ADR, etc.)
I'd like to see ADRhub.com continue to educate the general public, business community and legal community about the real benefits of mediation to help us spread awareness, understanding and sophistication about ADR, it's possibilities, it's applications and it's subsets and processes in the hopes that more people will come to use it and those who use it will get more out of it.
