- I have two decades of experience in the law, primarily with a labor and employment focus and additional experience in commercial transactions. I focus on traditional labor arbitration with additional expertise in employment law arbitration and mediation, interest arbitration, fact finding and hearing officer practice. I am also available for commercial mediation and arbitration, with an emphasis on construction, craft beer and data privacy issues. I offer training on interest-based bargaining, provide meeting facilitation services, and offer card-check services.
