Drawing on all your considerable skills as a communicator, mediator, coach, and trainer, you imparted to us, in an incredibly creative variety of ways, the specific attitudes and skills required to help people transform conflict by improving the quality of their interactions. There was never a dull moment, and the long days went by like magic. In all our multiple interactions, opportunities for Recognition and Empowerment were seized on at every turn. You truly practice what you preach!” – John Peter Weldon, Mediator, Trainer, and Lawyer

“The transformative approach gives the power back to parties.  An empowered person can effectuate such positive change.  The training I received was as transformative as the process itself.” – Marielle V. Peck, Attorney/Mediator, MVP LAW & MEDIATION PLLC
