What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education): Louise Phipps Senft founded Baltimore Mediation, the first mediation firm in the state of Maryland over 20 years ago. Voted "Baltimore's Best Mediator by Baltimore Magazine, Louise Phipps Senft has provided mediation and facilitation services and training for thousands of individuals from a conflict transformation approach. Baltimore Mediation's trainings are nationally approved by the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR) and by the Institute of Study of Conflict Transformation. They are also recognized and accepted by the Maryland Mediation and Conflict Resolution Office's (MACRO) Maryland Program for Mediator Excellence, the American Bar Association, and the Maryland District Court System.
