Webinar: NetNeutrals Product Demonstration

Cyberweek 2015 - NetNeutrals Product Demonstration from Bryan J Hanson on Vimeo.

Webinar Description:

NetNeutrals is an ODR company with more than ten years’ experience in providing services to e-commerce companies such as eBay, Armor Payments, Citizen Shipper, etc. Whether consulting on design elements, training neutrals or administering independent processes, NetNeutrals aims to provide excellence.

This year Company developed an online process that is designed to assist in settling low value claims in the European Union. The process has been certified by the United Kingdom and meets the requirements of the EU ADR Directive. Based on the UNCITRAL draft rules and standard practices in Europe, it will provide a forum for direct negotiation, mediation and (in most countries) adjudication.

NetNeutrals proposes it would provide a demonstration of the new process. Following the demo a question and answer period would focus on the requirements of the EU Directive, the UK requirements and design features. Kyle Morris, General Manager, and Jo DeMars, President, would be joint presenters.
