www.Mediateitonline.com is delighted to announce the launch of version 2 following further feedback from our customer base. Version 2 comes with an enhanced design and added functionality. Such functionality includes a choice of mediating via inbox messaging (over a longer period of time) or live mediation via live chat, audio and video. We have added the feature of a live pause allowing the mediator and the parties to move between joint and private sessions seamlessly and securely.

We are very excited about our latest version and we would like to invite you for a live demonstration of the software and an informal Q & A with us. It would also be great to get your feedback on the software.

You will be able to experience the process from case registration, case scheduling, the mediation itself and our built in feedback option. We will supply you a username and password and we would have an informal discussion using the software itself. You do not need to install any software. You simply need access to the internet and a Windows PC.

Presenter Bio:

Joe Al-Khayat is the Co-Founder of mediateitonline (www.mediateitonline.com) which provides online mediation technology for organizations worldwide. Joe is a barrister and mediator who has mediated and litigated thousands of cases ranging from small claims matters in the county courts to high value cases in the Royal Courts of Justice.

Aditya Shivkumar is a Co-Founder of Mediateitonline, a state of the art ODR Platform providing a holistic solution to Organizations, Court Services, Corporate Houses, Law Firms and Independent Mediators. In addition to his responsibility as an entrepreneur Aditya is a litigator based out of the Madras High Court, India. He specializes in Sports Law.
