The books that I mentioned are "Brand Against the Machine" by John Morgan, "UnMarketing" by Scott Stratten, "Crush It" and "Thank You Economy" by Gary Vaynerchuck and "Content Rules" by C.C. Chapman & Ann Handley
Another book that I didn't mention but should have is "Six Pixels of Separation" by Mitch Joel.
