ADR and Leadership Institute in Ghana

Authorities at Gamey & Gamey Academy of Mediation (GGAM) have announced that they are almost through with a four acre land acquisition at Community 26 in Tema, to establish a Gamey and Gamey International Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Industrial Leadership next year.

I wonder if anyone considered instituting conflict resolution and leadership in the curriculum for the younger students in Ghana? Would such implementation made a good news story (I'd think so!)?
