The Employee and Employer Binary - A Different Narrative.

The focus of the interview was on the concept of 'literacy'. The discussion opened by dissecting the assumption that leadership as broadly and traditionally construed as if presumed to be 'the elephant in the room' of building diverse, inclusive, prosperous, and caring societies. Following thereon an analysis of the causal connection between presumed bad state craftsmanship and poverty, unemployment and inequality became the subject matter of discussion. The crux of the debate was the presumed link between leadership and the challenges of life. Thereafter, a philosophical discussion ensued as to the challenges of the human spirit and the hopes and aspirations of all citizens as well as to best address the challenges to the true promise of life. The interview was televised and promoted on Vimeo whereafter the debate continued on air broadcasted by the radio station: www.the1873network.org.
