’m just back from attending the 2016 international conference on transformative practice held in Dayton, Ohio, sponsored by the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation, and hosted, planned, organized, and managed by the Dayton Mediation Center. It’s been eight years since I attended a transformative mediation conference. In the intervening period, conferences have been held in Brazil, Italy, Slovenia and The Netherlands.
