The Impact and Effectiveness of Conflict Resolution Education on the Workplace Performance of Healthcare Professionals is an interactive workshop co-facilitated by Dr. Kathy Gonzales, Assistant Professor in the NCR Program in & Ms. Margaret Begley, Preceptor & School Health Coordinator in the College of Nursing, who is also pursuing a dual DNP/MSNCR degree. The workshop is based on the data they obtained from their Haddix research.

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

1. Explain the link between CR education, job satisfaction of healthcare professionals and outcomes for patients;

2. Describe 3 ways in which CR education can assist faculty in the health professions in their work;

3. Describe 3 ways in which CR education can help prepare students to be better healthcare professionals; and

4. Identify at least 3 areas of future research arising out of this study which would be helpful/of interest to them;
