So you signed up for a Twitter account and you're just getting your head around tweeting, mentions, Direct Messaging (DM's), how to reply to people, retweeting, and hashtags (#).  It's a lot to take in!  So I'm going to make this simple for you.

On August 31st Jeff Thompson and I are hosting a Twitter chat which is going to be running from 7:00-8:00pm EST.  The chat will include 5-8 questions, that will be spaced out throughout the hour, for you to answer, comment on, comment on other people's answers, ask questions, etc.  The chat is basically a dialogue, a conversation between fellow conflict resolution professionals discussing the topic at hand.

If you are tweeting from Twitter.com then you may want to check out Hootsuite or Tweetdeck to make things a little simpler for you.  They both have a clean and tidy interface and run quite a bit smoother then using the Twitter site.

For the purpose of this chat you might consider looking at TweetChat.  All you do is go to http://tweetchat.com/ sign in with your Twitter name and password and enter adrhubchat where it says "Enter hashtag to follow."  The benefit of doing this is that you will only see tweets that have the hashtag #adrhubchat and it will be easier for you to follow the conversation.

So here are the details for August 31st:
