New Resource on ADRHub: Online Dispute Resolution Bibliography

ADRHub
is happy to announce a new resource for practitioners, teachers and researchers in the field of ODR: A comprehensive bibliography of the field. Initiated by Dan Rainey, this project brings together the writing on ODR and presents it in a chronological manner, thereby spotlighting the field's development. We invite you to take part in keeping the bibliography current, by sharing new publications and citations.

Thanks to those who have sent in updates over the past couple of weeks!

See the bibliography on the Resources tab above, or by clicking here.

Mediation in the news

Puerto Rico's main creditors, meeting before a U.S. bankruptcy judge in the largest public finance restructuring case in history, are interested in continuing mediation settlement talks to resolve the island's unpayable $70 billion debt bill. See Nic Brown's report from Reuters, here.

ODR Research

At the meeting point between ODR and access to justice, Aylet Sela proposes that online courts can cure many of the ills of today's judicial system - including the rising numbers of self-represented litigants.
