We used problem oriented mediation method and narrative model mediation for the same family conflict. The last method was more appropriate.
We have about 150 cases for mediation in Russia, Kazakhstan. Ukrain (the republic of former USSR). So experiment in Virtual mediation is successful. Thanks to Giuseppe!

We worry about what the other person may say or do, how we will cope, whether things will get out of hand and other possible reactions. Often the reasons for these jitters do not have a basis in reality.
