Veteran ADR Specialist Tim Corcoran, Esq. Joins JAMS

Ontario, Calif. – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Tim Corcoran, Esq. to its panel. Mr. Corcoran will be based in the JAMS Inland Empire Resolution Center. He will serve as an arbitrator and mediator in a variety of disputes including Business/Commercial, Employment, Insurance, Personal Injury/Torts and Real Estate.

Mr. Corcoran is a veteran ADR professional who has mediated and arbitrated more than 6,000 matters over nearly 25 years. He resolves complex, contentious and emotionally charged conflicts involving personal injury, business/commercial, employment, real estate and family and death issues.

“Tim is known for his sensitivity and impartiality, as well as his ability to understand the important issues and interests of the participants,” said Chris Poole, JAMS president and CEO. “He works well across both sides of the table and is respected for his effectiveness and efficiency. Mr. Corcoran graduated with his B.A. from University of Southern California and earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He has received advanced dispute resolution training at the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law and the negotiation program at Harvard Law School.
