Seeking chapter writers for a book , "Revolutionizing the Interaction Between State and Citizens through Digital Communications"
I am editing a book on how the digital revolution is changing the relationship between states and citizens. The book will be published in 2013 and chapter proposals are due September 30th. Attached is the detailed call for chapters.
