Hello Friends and Colleagues,

I am writing because we share an interest in mediation, negotiation and conflict management.

My colleague, Jean Poitras, and I have created a blog designed to help expert and novice mediators get answers to the dilemmas they face in their work. On this blog we share summaries of cutting-edge research to help practitioners take keep up with the rapid developments in our field. We also share information about best practices in conflict management and allow readers to post questions or ethical dilemmas to be answered by Dr. Poitras, myself and other experienced mediators we enlist as expert commentators.
