Pat Baillie, Associate Director of Training & Professional Development, has been with Out & Equal Workplace Advocates for over 4 years. Bringing a depth of experience in training and diversity, Pat is a retired Air Force Major and former government contractor who now works with corporations to build their diversity programs and increase the engagement of their LGBT employees. Dealing with change through education, story-telling and approaching workplace equality from a positive, strengths based philosophy is at the core of the O&E Training programs!
