Arline Kardasis is a mediator, trainer and founding partner of Elder Decisions, a Division of Agreement Resources, LLC in Norwood, Massachusetts. She has presented workshops and trainings around the United States on elder and adult family mediation - and mediators have traveled from around the world to attend these programs. As a thought leader in the field, she has been invited to speak at the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation, the Sino-U.S. Judicial Mediation Exchange Program, The American Bar Association, the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) along with many other venues. Arline served as a founding tri-chair of the Elder Decision-Making and Conflict Resolution Section of the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR). Arline co-authored Mom Always Liked You Best: A Guide for Resolving Family Feuds, Inheritance Battles and Eldercare Crises (published in 2011).

Zena Zumeta, internationally known as both a mediator and trainer of mediators. She is president of the Mediation Training & Consultation Institute, Zena Zumeta Mediation Services, and The Collaborative Workplace in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Zena is a lawyer and a former president of the Academy of Family Mediators. She is the recipient of the the Michigan Lifetime Achievement in Mediation Award; the National Education Association/Saturn Corporation Award for Union-Management Collaboration; the John Haynes Distinguished Mediator Award; and the Kumba Award from the National Conference on Minorities in ADR.
