Colm, thanks for posting this article. It is great to see mediation being considered as such an important process in resolving disputes that they enacted legislation to encourage its use. I am curious if they set guidelines as to who qualifies for mediating these cases? It seems fairly open in the article you provided to anyone that is mutually agreed upon. I also wonder if you are aware of plans to integrate any computer facilitated processes, or ODR principles, into the mediation process this legislation outlines?
