The Forum of Canadian Ombudsman and the Association of Canadian College and University Ombudspersons will hold a joint conference in Vancouver, BC, May 16-18, 2011. The theme is, "The Ombuds Office in Canada Today: Looking Towards Tomorrow."

Registration and hotel information will be released shortly. In the meanwhile, the Planning Committee seeks suggestions for general interest sessions and content focused on particular sectors such as universities and colleges, private corporations, para-public institutions, health care, corrections, classical/legislative offices, etc. Potential presenters should submit a short abstract by December 17th to FCOAdmin [at-sign] ombudsmanforum [dot] ca, with the subject line: Vancouver Conference.
