Continue encouraging practitioners to learn and for them and the public to look, consider and practice conflict and resolution from a whole person/whole universe/whole process place. To paraphrase Joseph Zinker, Ph.D., If the mediator's the tool, it behooves the mediator to keep the tool as clean and sharp as possible. And I'd add, as multi-puprose a tool as possible.
