What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

Master of Arts degree in Conflict Analysis and Engagement and an adjunct professor at Antioch University Midwest.
A trainer of conflict resolution and communication skills since 1989. Through my private practice, Creative Conflict Resolution, I offer mediation, training and facilitation for individuals and organizations. I have facilitated public hearings and decision-making sessions for local townships and county government; US Forest Service; US Park Service, and neighborhood and transportation entities. As a consultant to non-profits and government agencies, I support designing environments that embrace conflict as an opportunity for growth.
