What else do you want to tell the ADRhub.com community (what you are up to, what you would like to do in ADR, etc.)

Actually I'm working on new legislative proposals to the Italian Parliament to modify the legislative decree 28/2010 that has been declared against the constitution by the Italian Constitutional Court for a minor formal mistake in the law 69/2009 that delegated the Italian Government to implement EU Directive 52/2008 in the national legislation.

I've started training blind mediators and mediators who want to specialize in negotiation and communication tecniques with blind people because my company in 2012 became the official mediation provider of the Italian National Assotiation of Blind Peopole (UIC).

I've also started specializing in criminal mediation and restorative justice which is the new trend of mediation in Italy and all over Europe.
