180+ hours training - basic, divorce, elder, foreclosure;
Conflict coach certification in Cinergy model; coach mediation roleplay Northwestern Univ. & DePaul Univ; two years as sole practitioner; volunteer in circuit court foreclosure mediation program and expedited child support mediation program

Conversation with colleagues/peers on all things ADR: our practice, the field, ethics, educating the public....
What else do you want to tell the ADRhub.com community (what you are up to, what you would like to do in ADR, etc.)
Use every opportunity to educate the public what mediation and ADR is, how it can be of value and how to access more information. Determined to create more opportunities for new practitioners to gain experience, a sorely needed aspect of training (practicums).
