What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

17 years with the Early Settlement Mediation program which is associated with the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, Administrative Office of the Courts; 20-hour basic civil trained (1996) 40-hour family trained (1996); serve as the Program Director for 1.2 million people and 40 judges in Central Oklahoma & Peer Mediation Specialist; Conducted over 3000 mediations as a mediator or co-mediator.

I serve as the state-wide trainer for the Dispute Resolution Program; including conducting PROS: Peaceful Resolutions for Oklahoma Students regional training for Oklahoma Schools; train/supervise an externship for the Univeristy of Oklahoma College of Law.
