- Six years of full-time union work representing pilots of American Airlines. Participation in multiple arbitrations and mediations. Lead negotiator for the union in years leading up to the AMR bankruptcy. Lead pilot negotiator during the merger with US Airways. Elected as a national officer and served as Vice President of the merged union.
