- I regularly speak at conferences across Europe and America on dispute resolution and collaborative law issues. A particular bugbear of mine is wanting to see ADR sector become even more dedicated to what we do, the value that we provide but also greater self care. That has driven me, together with Jason Dykstra, to pull together a `thing' we call Get Artisan which encourages mediators to get curious about the artisan craftsperson and adopt traits of the artisan into their own work.
