What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

I received 35 hour trainings in 1996 and 2010, as well as numerous ADR CLE courses over the years. I worked in-house as an associate general counsel for 20 years doing mostly arbitration and mediation work in the securities industry.

What, if any, ADR organizations or groups do you belong to?

I belong to ACR and I am an arbitrator at FINRA as well as a volunteer mediator with Westchester Mediation Center of Cluster.
