- Ken has mediated since 1982, and co-founded the Center for Family & Divorce Mediation to develop both a theory and framework for mediation as well as a training model.
Ken’s focus is on the tough cases. He consults, trains, supervises, and leads in developing new techniques, including a detailed model on how to break impasse in the typical custody dispute as well as Team Mediation (www.TeamMediation.org).
Ken has served on numerous mediation boards and is a frequent presenter at mediation conferences.
