Since 2009: Researcher, Tilburg Institute for Interdisciplinary Studies of Civil Law and Conflict Resolution Systems (TISCO)
As a researcher for TISCO, I have been involved in the development of an online tool for legal triage. I was responsible for research, facilitation, functional design, and project management (Agile/Scrum).
2005-2009: PhD student and Researcher, Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society (TILT)
With TILT, I have had the opportunity to do extensive research into the potential of online tools to support dispute resolution processes. At the same time, I was involved in the development of a number of online dispute resolution applications.
