What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

14 years full time. Alternatives to Violence Facilitator, mediation training includes, Basic, Civil, Domestic Relations, Victim-Offender, Permanency for Children, Transformative. Four of past five summers I've trained 350 mediators in the Democratic Rep. of Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya, and Zanzibar
