MS in International Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Creighton Unversity (December 2010); 30-hour Mediation training through Creighton University; 40-hour mediation training through Utah Dispute Resolution; Court certified mediator in Utah (December 2010); I will soon begin teaching a class of refugees ADR skills.
