What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)
I am a mediator, trainer, conflict coach and facilitator in private practice. I began mediating in 1990. I was the training coordinator/senior mediator for Dialogue and Resolution Center of CVVC (formerly Pittsburgh Mediation Center) from 1997-2010. I led training in conflict management, mediation, negotiation, and team building, did mediations, large group facilitation, and conflict coaching. I have worked with: businesses, non-profits, school districts, police departments, hospitals, universities, and community groups.
I mediate for: EEOC, US Postal Service, PA Dept of Education, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Key Bridge Foundation (DOJ ADA cases), Transportation Security Administration, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and US District Court Western PA.
I taught conflict resolution and mediation courses at Duquesne University and California University of PA.
