- What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)
- Full-time mediator, arbitrator and (neutral) consultant in ADR since the 1970's. Have served as the neutral in more than 2,000 cases and as a consultant to numerous academic and practical programs, in the US and elsewhere. More than 70 published writings. Books include The Negotiator's Fieldbook (ABA 2006) and Rethinking Negotiation Teaching (DRI Press 2009).
