I have taken hundreds and hundreds of hours of training in the field, have a law degree, have conducted hundreds of hours of training for new mediators, and have mediated hundreds of cases over the last 15 years.

Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR), National Association for Community Mediation (NAFCM), Oregon Mediation Association (OMA), Coalition of Oregon Victim/Offender Mediation Programs (COVOMP), Oregon Association of Community Dispute Resolution Programs (OACDRC), Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Lane County Bar, Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Oregon Bar.
