- What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)
- Just getting into the field really. I have had 7 years of Peer Mediation training with the Boise (Idaho) School District. Helping students resolve conflict among themselves instead of having school administrators step in. I also received 1+ years of training with the "Challenge Day" programming that has been implemented in high schools and Jr. High schools around the nation. I hope to continue my training and education this summer in the online masters program. Fingers crossed.
