I am a qualified practitioner mediator and supervisor with conflict management coaching skills. My work includes mediating community (Landlord/Tenants) disputes, Separating Couples and all areas of family conflicts, Workplace (difficult relationships)disputes. Conflict Coaching and facilitating people to communicate more effectively and resolve issues in their lives.
I would like to explore feelings and challenges I experience in my practice, to receive feedback from other ADR professionals to so that I and others can evaluate and identify learnings.
