What is your profession and title?: PhD. Senior Lecturer of Law

What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education): I teach ODRs in the Master on Information Society (Open University of Catalonia, UOC) and in the Post-graduate "Mediation" at the University of Barcelona, UB.
I am also ODR Researcher at the Internet Interdisciplinary Institute (IN3) and focus my research on ODRs and consumer's redress. I am part of the Group of experts for the White Book on Mediation in Catalonia (Department of Justice, Government of Catalonia).

What, if any, ADR organizations or groups do you belong to?: Member of the National Center of Technology and Disputes Resolution (NCTDR), University of Massachussetts, Amherst, USA from 2009 and fellow of the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR), Chicago, USA.
