What is your profession and title?: Flinders University, Lecturer in International Management/Business, Dr (PhD)

What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education): Completed 42-hour face-to-face mediator training run by LEADR (Australia). Twelve years teaching negotiation/mediation/arbitration approaches to management students at Flinders University. Some private consulting work for government, private enterprise and international development volunteers. Much research on international negotiation. Many years of informal ADR associated with development project and other village-level issues in Papua New Guinea, Kiribati, Philippines, Indonesia and sri Lanka.

What, if any, ADR organizations or groups do you belong to?: LEADR (Leading Edge Association of Dispute Resolvers).

What are you hoping to get from ADRhub.com: Contact with people whose main ADR/negotiation interest is in international and/or cross-cultural problems.

What else do you want to tell the ADRhub.com community (what you are up to, what you would like to do in ADR, etc.): My training in mediation is recent and I would now like to move the weight of my activity away from university teaching towards ADR practice, particularly the analysis of cases (micro or macro or anywhere in between) that have resisted resolution.
