- Mediator, Attorney, Dispute Resolution Trainer
- What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)
- I've done over 600 mediations and 100 conciliations.
I've developed and run mediation, negotiation, dispute prevention and communication skills training for lawyers, students in the Bar admittance program, industry and professionals bodies.
I've been an international speaker on professional development for mediators and have created and delivered a national program on the topic.
I have a law degree and graduate diploma in Dispute Resolution.
I am an Advanced Panel Mediator with LEADR and am accredited to Australian National Standards.
- What, if any, ADR organizations or groups do you belong to?
- I'm on the Board of LEADR NZ, the leading Australasian mediation membership organization, and have been on the Board of the Wellington Restorative Justice Trust.
