What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)
I started as a lawyer back in 1975 and did my first mediation training in the early 80's. My journey, of course, included many different kinds of advanced training in mediation and conflict resolution from that time forward. I've been fortunate that the path I've been on has also taken me into other areas that have supported and fostered my work.
In the mid-80's I did two years of basic and two years of advanced training in gestalt therapy through the Gestalt Institute of New Enland. Then, in the late 90's I went to the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and did the internationally recognized certificate program in Organizational and Systems Development, followed by intensive certificate programs in Working with Groups, and in Working with Physical Process. Later, I was a practicum supervisor for groups of students in subsequent OSD programs at the Gestalt institute of Cleveland. Several years ago I completed a four year training program in Integrated Kabbalistic Healing (sometimes referenced as Non-Dual Healing) with follow-up work that has certified me to teach processes called Work of Return, and the Magi Process. The Magi Process is specifically directed to working with conflict.
I have developed a training originally called Unified Mediation. This training is for anyone involved in working with conflict and it integrates gestalt theory and process with mediation and other forms of conflict resolution. I've provided this training at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, for several state mediation associations and in an abbreviated format for the ABA DR Section.
I helped to initiate ADR Committees within both my local and statewide bar associations and for the past couple of years I have been chairing an Pennsylvania Legislative Advisory Committee that will be making ADR recommendations to the legislature. I do my work through my private practice, although in an effort to help institutionalize mediation throughout Pennsylvania, a little more than a year ago I accepted a position with the Pennsylvania Superior Court ( a first level appeals court) where I mediation family, estates and civil cases that are on appeal following trial.)
My experiences includes mediating a wide range of matters both before and during litigation. I was on the original postal service panel in our area, have been on our EEOC panel since its initiation and am on the panel for the Federal District Court, WDPA. Along with my mediation practice I work as an intervener and consultant at all levels of organizational systems.

What else do you want to tell the ADRhub.com community (what you are up to, what you would like to do in ADR, etc.)
In terms of this community, I'm interested in participating in conversations that will help me challenge myself to stretch in new directions and enhance my ability to continually increase my influence and effectiveness in the way I work and live. I also hope to support you in your vision, as well.
Great to connect here too. I want to look into the gestalt approach more than I've been able to so far. My principal blogging interest is really the mental health and psychology area, and I'm interested in psychological dimensions of organizations - and collaborative processes of all kinds.
