    Pretttty busy ! but all's good. Want to introduce you to a mediator in Brisbane - when's your next journey down there? MIssed the Cyberweek, unfortunately, and just spent time reading up on the discussions. There was a comment from someone questioning if telephone mediation was really ODR (ooops, is there a question about this?)
