The School Mediator’s Field Guide is a “what if” scenario book.  It includes advice on handling conflicts that deal with prejudice, sexual harassment, large groups, homophobia, gangs, cultural differences, teachers and students, and students and parents.  It also contains an “other challenges” section, which outlines scenarios concerning walk outs, interpreters, and other chance scenarios.
