Hello Book Club Members:

I am looking so forward to interacting with you during the month of June for ADRHub's virtual book club- featuring my book Conflict Management Coaching: The CINERGY Model.

My co-moderator is Tammy Lenski who is a dear colleague and incredible contributor to the ADR field. Before our first club 'meeting', Tammy will tell you about herself - for those of you who may not know her -  and I will share a little about me too.

AS you know, the 'meetings' take the form of on-line discussions. If you have a chance to read the Introduction and Chapter 1 of the book for the first week, please do. Each week during the month of June we'll focus on 2 chapters. On a weekly basis, one or both of us will pose a few questions beginning June 3 and moderate the conversations as they unfold. However, if you have other questions you want to ask about the book or the concepts -  outside of the 2 chapters of the week -  please feel free to post those whenever you wish.

By the way the book is currently available in soft copy (http://tinyurl.com/conflictcoaching) and will be available in digital format in a few weeks (I am hoping). If you want notice of when that occurs, please contact me directly at info@cinergycoaching,com and just put the words - Digital Format -  in the Subject line.

If you have any questions or comments before June 3, please post them here or contact me directly if you prefer (cinnie@cinergycoaching.com).

Oh, and I am sorry to say you will have to bring your own refreshments :)

Warm regards,

Cinnie

The ADR Book Club is an excellent forum for expanding one's knowledge in our field.  It is invigorating to meet new friends and to review the various perspectives that spring forth from the discussions.  From the previous sessions, the discussion leaders do a superb job of stimulating further thought and reflection.  I highly endorse the ADR Book Club and I look forward to participating in the upcoming session.  I just ordered the book and I am excited about using the new ideas in my mediation sessions.  This is one of the ways to grow as a professional within our dynamic field.  Take every opportunity to learn from the leaders that you meet.  A Creighton education with the guidance of subject matter experts is a powerful combination.

I am so sorry I just realized that I put a comma and not a period in the email address to send to if you would like information on when the book is out in digital format.  The correct email is info@cinergycoaching.com.

Thank you John and I am looking forward to beginning our discussions to-day.

Hi Cinnie,

I'm looking forward to the book club and the discussions with you! I actually talked to you in August 2010 when I interviewed you about the CINERGY model, the premises it is based on, how it works, measuring success, etc. It's great to be able to work with you again! Congratulations on the book, too!

Best regards, Andre

How great to hear from you Andre and yes, I do recall the interview.

Thank you for the congratulations on the book and for joining in on these discussions.  I look forward to more conversations.
