Rita will also share her experiences as a conflict coach- what she does, how she does it, and tips on how you can get involved in coaching.

Rita's biography:
Rita Callahan is a Collaboration and Conflict Management Consultant who trains, mediates, facilitates, conflict coaches, and speaks nationally. Since December 2008, she has been employed with ConEdison of NY where she is building a conflict competent organization.
She has consulted with federal agencies, the New York State Dispute Resolution Association, the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, Vistage International, Financial Services Corporation, Blue Cross Blue Shield, the International Association of Facilitators, Centre Consulting, National Conflict Resolution Center, Transportation Security Agency, the US Air Force, and US Department of Agriculture.

She has mediated hundreds of workplace cases and has trained thousands of people in conflict management, negotiation, collaborative problem solving, decision making, communication, mediation and facilitation since 1995.

She was a Board member of the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR) 2006-2009, previous President of the ACR GA Chapter and Co-Chair of the Workplace Section. She speaks at national conferences including the International Association of Facilitators, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), ABA – Dispute Resolution Section Conference, ABA – Labor and Employment Law Section Conference, Federally Employed Women, and ACR. Ms. Callahan has a Master’s in Decision Science and is an ACR Advanced Practitioner in Workplace Mediation and a Master Trainer in the Conflict Dynamics Profile® assessment instrument.

Wow, over 30 people registered for this event already. This should be a great discussion.
I would like to attend but have a scheduling conflict. Is this event being recorded for those who can't attend?
