The Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution and Milagros Phillips are pleased to schedule a third session to be held on April 5 and 6, 2011, in Greenbelt, MD. She is the Founding Executive Director of The National Resource Center for the Healing of Racism. Ms. Phillips has lectured nationally and internationally. She is the host of SPIRIT IN ACTION, WPFW, 89.3 FM.
