Program Manager, Conflict and Dispute Resolution Masters Program (CDR)- University of Oregon (Eugene) Leadership position managing and providing direct services as part of the CDR Program.  Responsible for assisting the director, planning orientation and commencement ceremonies, overseeing conduct and honor code policies, overseeing program budget, supervising a staff member, acting as a liaison with University Financial Aid Office, providing office and program management, and similar activities.  Successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills sufficient to inspire and work effectively with diverse groups of students, faculty, alumni, and members of the University of Oregon community.  Salary commensurate with experience, (minimum salary $40,000) with a highly competitive benefits package.  Review of applications will begin on February 24th and continue until the position is filled.
