The U.N.-mandated University for Peace's Centre for Executive Education invites you to join our next professional development course, 'Liderazgo Positivo,' to be offered in Spanish on the UPEACE campus in Costa Rica from March 26-28. 

Be part of an inspiring group of international participants in this 3-day workshop at the University for Peace in Costa Rica. The first day is dedicated to introspection, as we provide you with tools and guidance to identify your strengths, energy barriers and leadership style.  In the following days, this information is then translated into specific techniques that you can implement in your origanization or company to create a more innovative atmosphere and garner loyalty and collaborating using empathy.
