In 2017 the Ohio State Bar Association recognized the Franklin County Municipal Court (FCMC) for Judicial Innovation for its Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) program for helping people settle small claims disputes.

2 - Answer any questions about:
> How the idea of launching an FCMC ODR program for small claims came about.
> How that program exactly works (e.g. which parts are handled automatically by their software and which parts require a human intervention. How parties communicate. When and how mediators get involved.
> Why FCMC opted to use the Court Innovations platform/software, instead of developing their own in-house software.
> Program Results (the FCMC platform has been running for 12-13 months now), in terms of number of cases filed, resolved online or sent to the small claims court.
> Program Cost/Resources
> How the general public in Franklin County learned about this new ODR program for small claims, and their response so far.
